First, you have to learn how to prioritize your daily tasks. Set a study schedule that you can adhere to. Keep a log of what you have done and what you would like to do.

3. Stress yourself out: it is best to first understand that studying is more than just reading and memorizing information. Studying requires distinguishing between useful and useless knowledge, which is the most important step you can take to improve your understanding of a subject and gain overall academic success.
Studies have shown that the most successful students spend some of their time each day reviewing the material they have just learned. The best way to study consistently is to review as soon as you finish your classwork.
